Villa B&W is a recently renovated villa located in the beautiful countryside of Treviso.
The client’s choice to create a modern style on an existing residential context led to the choice of a
Ardesia roof tile (slate color) that is accompanied in the photovoltaic part by its counterpart,
E-tegola ardesia.
A solution that perfectly meets the energy efficiency requirements of the building and at the same time the request of the owner to be able to generate an amount of electricity adequate for their needs.
The photovoltaic system installed has a capacity of over 10 kWp and the e-tegola tiles were placed on both sides of the roof, which is oriented on the east-west axis.
The roof tiles and PV tiles were chosen in the “ardesia” (slate) color, the photovoltaic tile is also available in rosso(red) and serenissima, which can be combined with both “cotto” and traditional cells.
The tiles were anchored with the Jolly Metal Universale anchoring and ventilation system, compactness and walkability of the covering are guaranteed by the use of self-tapping screws to lock the tiles on micro-perforated metal strips.
