By filling out the contact form with their Data, the User agrees with their use to answer to the requests for information, price quotations, or any other kind indicated on the form header.
Personal Data collected: name, surname, address, phone number, email address.
The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyze the traffic data and are used to keep track of the User behavior.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google utilizes the collected Personal Data in order to track and examine the use of this Application, filling in reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.

4- Methods of treating the personal data:
Your personal data may be treated in the following ways:
through automated systems as foreseen in the art. 130 of the Code;
processing by electronic calculators;
manual treatment by means of paper archives.
Each treatment is carried out by the manager and by the persons in charge with the observance of every precautionary measure, which guarantees security and confidentiality. In particular in compliance with the methods set out in Articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR. Your data will be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed persons for the performance of services.


5- Purpose of the of the personal data treatment:

The personal data provided from you will be exclusively  treated for purposes strictly connected and aimed to the execution of the  required service and / or to the implementation of obligations related to legislative or contractual obligations:

obligations required by law in the field of the taxation and the accounting;

Customer care (invitations to fairs, exhibitions, sending catalogues, etc.);

marketing purposes, by email and newsletter to provide information and to promote our products and our initiatives, only after having given your consent;

data management for statistical purposes (including examination of the sales in the area);

obligations foreseen by the laws in force;

customer historical invoicing;

6 - Place and period of storage of the personal data:

The Data are treated on the operational headquarters of the Data Controller and in any other places where the parties involved in the treatment are located. For further information, contact the Owner. The User's Personal Data could be transferred to a country different than the one in which the User is located. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis of the Data transfer outside the European Union, or to an international organization of public international law or consisting of two or more countries, such as the ONU, as well as regarding the security measures taken by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

The Data are treated and saved for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected, under the art. 5 of the GDPR.

The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed.

The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until the satisfactory of that interest. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Owner in the related sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

When the treatment is based on the consent of the User, the Data Controller can retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or an order of an authority. At the end of the retention period the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.


7- Communication and diffusion of the personal data:

8- Rights of the interested party:

According to  the Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the EU Reg. 2016/679:

8.1 The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not registered yet and their communication in intelligible form.

8.2 The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

of the personal data origin;

of the treatment purpose and modality;

of the logic applied in case of the treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

of the identifying holder details, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;

of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

8.3 The interested party has the right to obtain:

The updating, the rectification or, when interested, the data integration;

the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data treated unlawfully, including the data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes, for which the data were collected or afterwards processed;

the attestation that the operations referred to the letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also concerning  their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or widespread, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

the data portability.

the limitation of the treatment. When certain conditions occur, the User can require the limitation of their Data treatment. In this case, the Data Controller will not treat the Data for any other purposes  than their own conservation.

8.4 The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

For any reasons legitimate to the personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

to the treatment of the personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

8.5 The user has the right to receive his Data or to have them transferred to another holder:

The User has the right to receive your data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device and, where technically feasible, to obtain the transfer without obstacles to another holder.

This arrangement is applicable when the Data are treated with automated tools and the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract of which the User is a party or on contractual measures connected to it.

8.6 Revocation:

The interested party has the right to revoke the granted consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent prior to the withdrawal. The revocation must be made by written.

8.7 Propose a complaint:

The User can propose a complaint to the authority in charge for the personal data protection  control, or act in court.
